Information about the registration process and 11 Plus tests will be circulated to parents of children in Year 5 in early June through the primary schools. For those parents whose children attend primary schools that are 'out of county' or in non-selective areas of Lincolnshire, this information can be obtained on direct application to the appropriate grammar schools. It is also possible to download the form as shown below.

Completed registration forms should be returned through primary schools or by post direct to the appropriate grammar school. There is an opportunity to indicate on the form if there are any special; educational needs, including language difficulties, that might impact on testing.

Most parents will register for 11 Plus testing with the grammar school in whose area they live and within which free home-school transport is available. By typing in the name of your child's primary school below, you can identify the grammar school and discover whether testing will be in the primary school or at the grammar school on a Saturday morning.

For those living outside the free home-school transport areas, parents can register with the grammar school of their choice.
